Amanda Finley, LAc
I graduated from the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine, where I studied many traditional forms of acupuncture. I am a Licensed Acupuncturist and East Asian Medicine Practitioner in Washington State, and am certified in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine by the NCCAOM. I usually practice Applied Channel Theory as well as Japanese styles of acupuncture. My patients appreciate my incorporation of bodywork into their treatments, and I find it increases the effectiveness.
I had the opportunity to relocate to Olympia in 2016 and am thrilled to be back here, where I attended the Evergreen State College and first fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. Outside the clinic, I volunteer at the Olympia Food Co-op, and maintain a regular yoga and meditation practice. I love to get outside, whether it's hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, or just going on walks at local parks.
"Amanda is a highly qualified, talented acupuncturist who has helped me on many occasions with chronic conditions. She goes the extra mile to accommodate your needs and her skill level is outstanding. I highly recommend her to anyone!"
"I felt wonderful after my acupuncture sessions with Amanda. It's was really good for my carpal tunnel!!" Marie
"I am Sherri one of Amanda's co workers as well as a client. Amanda has one of the most joyous demeanors to be around. She is very knowledgeable, spirited, carefree and she really knows how to acupuncture you. I have had feelings of anger, fatigue, low immunity, low thyroid and adrenal stress. She was able to not only help me to relax and feel relieved of stress, but she really knew how to get my fire going, helping me to accomplish more than I could have done on my own. And my friends even enjoyed being around me a lot more :)" -Sherri from Bellevue, WA
